Staying healthy and happy
Important notes
We should brush our teeth, taking proper sleep
at night, combing our hair, washing hands properly before and after eating,
taking bath daily and doing physical exercise to stay healthy.
Our
grandparents generally use neem or babool twings to brush their teeth to keep
their gums healthy.
We use many cleaning agents at home to remove
dirt and germs from surfaces like kitchen slabs, furniture and bathrooms.
Exercise makes our heart work harder and better
and it is good for the body to keep ourselves fit.
We should also play games like chess to keep our
mind active.
It is also important to be safe while having
fun.
We should not interact with strangers in public
spaces when you are alone.
